启动数据库出现这样报错：

在等待了差不多15分钟之后，查看告警日志发现数据库自动open了
查找了一下ORA-01155的报错信息：
select
SID,
PROCESS,
PROGRAM
from
v$session
where
type = 'USER'
and
SID (select DISTINCT SID from v$mystat);
If the second query returns data, then re-run the switchover command:
SQL>ALTER DATABASE COMMIT TO SWITCHOVER TO PHYSICAL STANDBY WITH SESSION SHUTDOWN;
